Innovative Technologies of Metal Working, LLC has a universal machine tool fleet and CNC machine tools and fulfill the following technological services:

  • lathe machining of parts to Ø 630mm, L 3000 mm;
  • lathe machining of parts on CNC machine tools to Ø 400 mm,  L 900 mm;
  • milling process of parts - 450х1200х350 mm;
  • milling process of parts on CNC machine tools 1620х580х520;
  • gear-milling works to Ø 900 mm,  m-16;
  • cylindrical grinding process of parts to Ø 290 mm, L 1100 mm.
  • deep hole drilling up to 1600mm., From Ø18mm. up to Ø65mm.
  • heat treatment – bulk hardening to Ø 700 mm, L 1400 mm;
  • cementation, HFC.
